Subject: Introducing Our New Beta Login with Exciting Changes
User Interface Redesign: Our original UI was vibrant and fun, but we understand the need for a more professional look. With the new design, we’ve embraced a minimalist aesthetic, creating a sleek and clean interface. This new layout not only offers a more professional appearance but also provides us with additional space to incorporate more features and functionality in the future.
Notable UI Changes:
- Project Builder Action Bar: The action bar for the project builder has been relocated to the bottom of the page, ensuring a more streamlined and efficient user experience.
- Project Tabs: Projects are now conveniently located in tabs at the top of the page, simplifying navigation and organization. Plus, you can now rename your projects, adding a layer of customization to your workflow.
- Production Dashboard: The production dashboard is now accessible under the invoices menu, making it easier for you to manage and track your production processes.
- Invoice List: You can now access the list of invoices by selecting the invoices tab at the top of the page, improving the visibility of your financial records.
- Simplified Settings: Our settings menu has been revamped for ease of use, with descriptive sections to help you quickly find the settings you’re looking for.
- Step 2 Select Qty: Step 2 is now presented in a table format, providing you with more information at a glance.
- Step 3 Add Art: We’ve moved the decoration method buttons to the right panel and replaced buttons with a space-saving drop-down selector. Your screen real estate is now optimized for efficiency.
- Color Swatches: Selected color swatches now span the full width of the column, enhancing the visual experience.
Customer Portal: Our new Customer Portal is a game-changer. By implementing this tool into your website and showing your customers how to use it, you can reduce the back-and-forth communication. Customers can now place orders independently, directly through the portal, providing a seamless and efficient experience. The portal can be linked from your website, social media, email, or any other platform, allowing your customers to access a simplified version of the project builder to create quotes.
Price Override: We’ve added a Price Override feature, giving you the flexibility to adjust the price per item for each size in your quotes.
Date Override: The Date Override option lets you select specific due dates for your quotes and invoices, granting you more control when necessary.
System Qty Range: Say goodbye to system-wide limitations on quantity ranges. You can now set Qty ranges for each matrix group, allowing for greater customization and flexibility in your operations.
Quote/Invoice Titles: Easily add titles to your invoices, which will also display on job cards, enhancing clarity and organization.
Search Bar: The new search bar at the top of the window enables quick access to customer accounts or specific invoices by typing in a customer name, invoice title or number, or even an email.
Client Account: We’ve introduced the ability to have one company account with multiple contacts, each with its own login credentials, streamlining the user experience for larger organizations.
Starting Quote/Invoice Numbers: You now have the option to set your starting quote or invoice number. Simply navigate to “Settings > Business Info” and look for the “Starting Quote/Invoice Number” field to customize your numbering system.
